Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the http://addons-dev.allizom.org and Log In.
2. Add some add-on to "My Favorite Add-ons" (Firebug, for example).
3. Click the "My Favorites" button in the account drop-down menu of the header of the page.
4. Choose Russian language from the "Other languages" drop-down menu in the bottom of the Favorites page.
5. Look at the added add-on (Firebug) and hover the cursor over the red heart icon. The "Remove from Favorites " tooltip text is Russian.
6. Click the red heart icon and hover the cursor over the white heart
7. Look at the tooltip text - it is not translated anymore, it is in English "Add to favorites". 
8. Click the white heart icon to add the add-on to the Favorites again and hover the cursor over the red heart.
9. Look at the tooltip text - it is not translated anymore, it is in English "Remove from the Favorites".


Actual results:

The "Add to/Remove from Favorites " tooltips are not translated into another languages after clicking the red heart icon in the "My Favorite Add-ons" Page.

The same bugs are actual for another languages (Russian, Ukrainian and French were chosen by me).


Expected results:

The "Add to/Remove from Favorites " tooltips are translated into another languages.
