User Story

As a user I sometimes find that the reader view is missing paragraphs or images or just completely broken and I would like a simple way to report it such that it can be fixed by Mozilla.
Investigate having method for users to easily report a page not working in reader view.

Coming out of bug 1142265 comment 8 and attachment 8578650 [details]

Input hosts a feedback form here:

https://input.mozilla.org/feedback/

We could add a new product and then users could use that form. We can't change the language of that form, though.

If you want to change the language or do anything differently, you could write an in-product form that posts to the Input feedback API. Firefox OS, Firefox for Android and Hello all do that. Input feedback API details here:

http://fjord.readthedocs.org/en/latest/api.html#posting-product-feedback-post-api-v1-feedback

If that sounds like the direction you want to go, it's worth talking to Matt Grimes of the User Advocacy team and he'll work with you to set it all up.
I think this is both so costly to set up and currently not high value (because we have enough open bugs that we should fix where reader mode is very clearly broken) that this is effectively wontfix. Rather than leaving it open, let's actually enact that status. We can always reconsider in future if we decide this becomes more important.
