right now seta does a great job with desktop data.  I would like to add in the b2g and android data.

For now, lets keep this as unique pieces.  My concern is that we compare mochitest-1 across android, b2g, desktop and they don't mean the same thing as our chunking is different on the different *platforms*.

So I see it working like so:
* android specific api's, cronjob, queries
* b2g specific api's cronjob, queries
Is this still valid?
we included android a while back, b2g is not a valid project anymore.
