Unfortunately this doesn't work.

First issue: you started from the en-US file when there is already a file available for en-GB (from bug 1133241), with only 2 strings missing.

You need to start from "Your translated file", not "Original English source file".

Second issue: as explained in that page, you need to add "{ok}" to all "translations" that need to remain identical to English US, otherwise they'll be reported as missing. Check the current file if it's not clear.

But more important, has the en-GB team figured out how to manage web parts? A couple of weeks ago you told me that you wanted to manage the translation on Pootle, I asked you to file a bug with the rest of the en-GB team CCed but I didn't really see anything.

another issue is that the file uses Windows encoding (Windows 1252) and not UTF8
