It might be a sound output channel option in general, we should be able to select which output it goes to. iPhone allows for this in the music app. ie 1. connect device to bluetooth speaker 2. connect headset to device 3. launch music 4. play music expected: some way to allow for output of the music channel to go to a different output than the default actual: no method to do that.

It might be more suitable to put this in System component because Music app does not involve in the audio routing rules, and if there will be some way to change to audio routing, we should implement the ui in the System app(or Settings app?) and will need ux spec.

Hi Naoki, I personally think this is a nice to have feature but not necessary, as user can easily switch output source by disconnecting the undesired one. Per discussion with Dominic, there's no API supporting this feature yet, as a result, I would suggest we revisit this request in the future when there's resource to develop the API required here. Thanks!
