In bug 1138942, jmaher mentioned that the long term solution for Autophone's selection of which unit tests to run would be to use tags (bug 987360) instead of custom manifests. I still need to read up on this, but filing it to get it on the radar.
Autophone is going away. Resolving these to wontfix.
