115108 - Subscribe: add IMAP/NNTP icons in Account menu

The "Account:" drop-down list should contain icons in front of the server names 
to differentiate between IMAP and NNTP servers.

Spin off from Bug 45327. This is the only remaining issue still valid.

Jennifer, on the 12/14 build on Modern, I see different icons for the different
servers.  I even see a secure news account icon.  The only place I don't see it
is on the selected account.

I see it on pulldown, but not when the widget is static.

And according to the spec, we should display the icon when the widget is static.

4.x parity, would be nice to see icon when list is static as well.
