Description:
When a user signs into an email account (or opens the email app into a signed in account from a closed state), they will observe that the header icons in the app while be covered by white squares and blink before the user. This will stop after a moment, but has high repro on entering.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150403010203
2) Open the email app
3) Sign into an account
4) Observe header icons once you reach inbox


Actual:
Icons flash white on open of inbox

Expected:
Icons do not flash

This is likely to be an APZ-related regression in gecko since I don't think there have been any changes in the email app or shared/style that could explain this.  (And the email app doesn't use gaia-header).

This is very likely to be fixed by bug 1151306. Please retest in one or two days and dupe to that bug if it is.

This issue does NOT reproduce anymore on Flame Master.

Result: No graphic issues are found when the inbox appears.
