Description: The user will see a blue line on the screen if they pull down on the utility tray while the camera app is loading. This occurs if there is a notification on the device. (Blue line across the top of the screen) Prerequisite: Notifications in the notifications' bar and lockscreen enabled on the device. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20150403010203 2) Enable USB storage in settings on the dut and plug the device into a computer. 3) Hold down the power button and restart the dut. 4) Slide to unlock the dut after start up. (there should be a notification blue line at the top of the screen) 5) Tap on the camera icon to open camera. 6)As soon as camera begins to load, quickly flick down the status bar to open the utility tray and observe. Actual: The user will see a blue line on the camera screen. Expected: The user does not see a blue line on the camera screen. I see the blue line being redrawn while swiping down notification tray and is sometimes drawn ahead of where the end of the tray is being drawn creating a gap. Just to confirm this is the issue you're seeing as the blue line in general is expected as you have a notification.
