See also 767214 and perhaps 1009290. Screenshots show the progress bar in-progress, suggesting that page load has not completed. A side-effect of bug 923109?

Attachment: use loadUrlAndWait more

I should have thought more about https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=923109#c7. Seeing these failures, I notice that blockForEvent(DOMContentLoaded) will wait for up to 90 seconds, while the title and url verifications have much shorter waits.

This patch updates all of my previously introduced loadUrl's to loadUrlAndWait.
