From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; de-AT; rv:0.9.6) Gecko/20011120 BuildID: 2001112009 The euro sign "€" is replaced by a question mark in a rhombus "
...due to wrong selection of character set. The page with the URL mentioned above selects "Western ISO-8859-1", Mozilla choses "Centraleuropean IDO-8859- 2", though. Setting a default character set in the preferences does not solve the problem. Other browser like IE, NS4 or Opera display the right € sign.
Reporter, can you please provide attach reduced test case of the problem. In the Dec 13th build (2001-12-13-03) under Windows ME, I see a euro symbol displayed in a link on the url page. No question marks are displayed.

Deleting the converted (from 4.xx) profile and setting up a new profile helped solving this problem. works for my now, too.
