Details

(Whiteboard: [dupeme?])

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:25.3) Gecko/20150323 Firefox/31.9 PaleMoon/25.3.1
Build ID: 20150323220253

Steps to reproduce:

[This is rather a suggestion instead of a bug.]

In Mozilla Thunderbird, from menu bar I go to "Help" > "Help Content" or "Help" > "Release Notes".

Actual results:

It opens/runs my default web browser and loads a SUMO webpage or the Release Notes' page.

Expected results:

My suggestion is: if Thunderbird is actually capable of load/open webpages —like AMO for instance— in a Thunderbird's new tab, why not do the same with the "Help Content" or "Release Notes" pages? Why not open a new tab in Thunderbird instead of running my default web browser?
