Make js-kanji an independant app

It seems currently js-kanji is controlled by a build parameter, because it is too heavy and generally useless for most users. And the only way to use this keyboard is to build gaia by oneself with that keyboard included in the preinstalled keyboard list.
I hope this keyboard could become an installable external keyboard (preferable could be available in Marketplace), so that people can directly use the keyboard without building the whole gaia themselves.

If this is implemented, it would make this keyboard accessable for people who are not interested in building gaia themselves (which I think is the majority of the users and testers).

Currently, people have to build gaia themselves, or they are not able to use this keyboard.
