1151433 - A single row of tiles displayed on HiDPI displays

Follow up from bug 1146146.

On HiDPI machines, only one row of tiles is visible on the newtab page (even if no toolbar is displayed.)
Tested with latest Nightly (build ID: 20150405030238) and Firefox Aurora (build ID: 20150405004004).

Reproduced on two HiDPI machines:
- iMac with retina display running Mac OS X 10.9.5
- Microsoft Surface Pro 2 running Windows 8.1 64-bit

Notes:
Switching the page to "Show your topsites" only doesn't change the number of rows.
in Fullscreen, two rows of tiles are displayed.

This bug has been closed due to inactivity and/or the potential for this bug to no longer be an issue with the new Discovery Stream-powered New Tab experience.

Please help us triage by reopening if this issue still persists and should be addressed.
