Description:
A blue-colored band can appear on upper half of callscreen for a brief second. This sometimes happens when simply making a call; there is a more consistent way of seeing it, which is to access callscreen via utility tray.

STR:
1) Receive a phone call on DUT, and connect the call
2) While in active phone call, press Home button to put callscreen in background
3) Wait until the call banner becomes a blue thin line on top of screen
4) Wait a few more seconds, then pull down utility tray and tap on "Callscreen"

Expected: Call screen is brought up without showing graphical errors

Actual: Call screen is brought up with blue artifacts on upper half of screen for a second. See attached screenshot.

I'm pretty sure the issue is part of the callscreen content and not the window manager.
Maybe around [1].
