1151571 - Flame: context switching via cards view to some apps (Settings, Gallery, Music, etc) will show blank screen temporarily

STR:
Open Video, Music, and Gallery app and go back to homescreen.
Long press the home button to enter card view, and context switch to each of the app.

Expected:
Switching to each app is successful
Actual:
Sometimes it shows a temporary whitescreen very similiar to ones shown in Bug 1150565, but it eventually goes away.  This only happens in eng build and not in user build.

I only see a very short (less than 1 sec) white screen appearing, and not a long one like shown in the video. No Jun, could you re-test on latest and confirm bug behavior?

I have seen that long white screen behavior before, but not on today's build.

Note: I ask because I would consider what I see (short white screen) as not reproducing the bug, unless you think it is the same as this bug.

Hmm, I still see long whitescreen on master, but now it looks like they are long because the app is restarting.  What I see seem to point to bug 1161189 as well.
