Description:Format sd card from settings, Picture thumbnail can still be saw in camera but can't be opened.

Device: SPRD 7715ga / Flame

Steps to Reproduce:
1) open camera ，take several pictures，thumbnail will display on the lower left corner of the screen.
2) place camera to background
3) open settings app to format SD card
4) back to camera app

Actual Result：
Picture thumbnail can still be saw in camera but can't be opened.

Expected Result：
We shouldn't display picture thumbnail.

Repro frequency：10/10,100%

Analysis:
  First, gecko send 'available','unavailable' and 'shared' message, but don't send 'formatting' message.
  We should add 'formatting' message in gecko and listen. Or we can listen 'unavailable' message.
