Removed the change to index.html.tmpl from previous commit as it was redundant since Bugzilla::Constants::BUGZILLA_VERSION was updated already.

I also had to add float:left to .links as it was overlapping the bugzilla version link otherwise.

the float:left on causes the links to be pushed down when the window is small, creating a large unnecessary gap in the header.

without the float:left the header wraps to the left of the version number.  i don't see any overlapping of the version number at any window size.

The Bugzilla version number has been removed in Bug 1420295.
