Description:
On the callscreen banner, a contact with a long name is NOT truncated.

Pre-requisite: Have a contact with a long name in Contacts.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150407010204.
2) Receive an incoming call from a contact with a long name, and answer the call.
3) From the callscreen, press the home button.
4) Observe the blue banner on the homescreen.

Actual:
The contact name is not truncated. It runs off the screen.

Expected:
The contact name is truncated.

This issue also reproduces on Flame 2.2 and 2.1.

Result: The contact name is not truncated. It runs off the screen.
