Only Chatzilla is missing accel+Q shortcut for Quit/Exit

To reproduce:
1. Focus a Chatzilla window.
2. type Command+Q.
What should happen:
* Mozilla quits.
What actually happens:
* Nothing.

Actually I think accel+Q is a bug elsewhere in the product, and I don't indent
to put it back in chatzilla. No one really needs to quit that fast. If they
need to quit with the keyboard, I cordially invite them to Accel+f Q.
Especially in a text entry intensive app like IRC, it is too easy to hit accel+Q
on accident and lose everything.
Accel+W isn't used hooked up for close because it conflicts with "Delete Word
Backward" on unix, which is MUCH more useful.
