User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:36.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/36.0 Build ID: 20150320202338 Steps to reproduce: Many times while going thru the forum postings, I will see many responses to a user's question. But sometimes when I look at the post, the only responses were from new users. Some of them offering wrong, bad, or even worst suggestions. Actual results: There was a user who told posters to Remove All Profiles. Some tell the user to Reset(Refresh) Firefox without trying anything else. And there are the few that post links to Not Free Fixes. Expected results: My thought is to place a flag on the Support Forum Questions when they are created, and to remove that flag once a sumo responds to it. This way, any bad advice can be found before the poster does the wrong thing.
