[RTL][v2.2 & v3.0][Settings]The spacing between text on list item and right edge in RTL mode is wider than that in LTR mode at Permissions view.

1. Set your phone language to Arabic. 
2. Launch settings app. 
3. Tap "Privacy Controls". 
4. Tap "Transparency Control". 
5. Tap "Permissions". 

[3.Expected Result]: 
5. The spacing between text on list item and right edge in RTL mode should be same as that in LTR mode.
