1152161 - unable to restart in safe mode with fxaccounts error

I use tree tab add on and it's crashing Nightly... so I want to start in safe mode.  However, when i try that i get this:

I can't repro this :( I get prompted for a master-password as normal and once I enter it, sync works correctly.

I had copied one profile into a new one and i ran into errors with master pw - i've fixed that.
