After I open new message windows and use Ctrl+Enter combination - it doesn't
send my email as expected

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open new mail message
2. ctrl+enter


Actual Results:  nothing happens

Expected Results:  email is sent
another dupe...
