User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:37.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/37.0
Build ID: 20150402191859
Steps to reproduce:
i tried to edit or add text to an existing appointment in lightning on 2 different PCs
Actual results:
There is no synchronisation, when i add or edit text in lightning, if i view the appointment on mobile through calendar+ the changed or added text is not viewable, if i change or add text through the calendar+ app on the mobile phone the added/edited text is synchronised within seconds.
Interesting: When i add or edit text on an existing appointment, and add a new apointment on the same day, both gets synchronised .
Expected results:
Adding or editing text in an existing appointment should be synchronised.
I use Lightning 3.3.3 through thunderbird, and the calendar Data is stored through caldav on an Synology DS214+.

Can you please enable calendar.debug.log, calendar.debug.log.verbose and javascript.options.showInConsole in config editor and post here any message from the error log (ctrl+shift+j) you get when reproducing the issue at the Lightning end? I asume, you have offline support enabled for the respective calendar? If so, please try additionally to reproduce with that pref disabled.

enabled calendar.debug.log, calendar.debug.log.verbose and javascript.options.showInConsole,
disabled offline support, restarted lightning, added text, synchronized manually, still not showing it on mobile.
get 1 error in the error log:
Zeitstempel: 08.04.2015 14:48:23
Fehler: TypeError: this.tree.view is undefined
Quelldatei: chrome://calendar/content/calendar-unifinder.js

i noticed that the error disappeared but still no synchronisation.

To investigate the issue, we would need as requested _all_ of the messages in the log. You can reset the console after startup-sync and before testing to limit the number of messages.

Additionally, can you also test, wether this is still an issue with 4.0b1 for TB 38.0b1?

One more thing: if you write "edit text", do you mean editing the event summary in the calendar views or by opening the dialog.

Ok,
after i looked at the messages in the console it seems that the text adds or edits in the description get synchronized, so i thought about to test it with another pc and lightning and it gets synchronized.
Seems that this is an issue with the mobile app. Sorry for the additional work, case can be closed i think.
