While trying to help John on bug 1139343, we found out that SpecialPowers.pushPermissions didn't seem to work at all in browser-chrome tests.
We should fix that and add tests to that.

Also look at adding tests to mochitest-chrome, I was working on that for pushPrefEnv in bug 1041563, see bug 1041563, comment 11 and further.
Also look at bug 941459, where this was fixed for browser-chrome tests for pushPrefEnv.
