User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0 Build ID: 20150406174117 Steps to reproduce: TB 38 beta1, Linux I'm entering a search string into the global search bar. Actual results: All I see is the option to search 'Messages mentioning: <search string>' Expected results: The option to search the web is missing, e.g. 'Search Google for: <search string>'. The problem appears in both, Linux and Windows. TB 31.6.0 is fine. This isn't a new profile. There's no difference, regardless of whether the 'Google Search for Thunderbird' extension is installed or not.
This was removed in bug 923656.
