Details
We should implement a way to clean up our GMP installations/uninstallations. In particular, we're interested in: 1. Cleaning up old, unregistered versions of GMPs that were left on disk for one reason or another. 2. Cleaning up empty GMP directories, such as "gmp-eme-adobe" when the global DRM pref is flipped (currently, flipping the pref will remove the folder's contents but not the root "gmp-eme-adobe" folder itself).

Note: this really won't be core GMP, but wherever GMP install and update code lives in bugzilla (though perhaps some core support might end up being needed). Can you move it there?
