User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 Build ID: 20150401154419 Steps to reproduce: Connect GP Peak using the usb-cable to the original power supply Actual results: It does not start to charge. The red indicator light stays off. After disconnecting I have to wait for about 10 seconds, then the red light flashes once. After that I can connect again the power-supply and the charging starts. Expected results: The charging should start immediately after connecting to the power supply.

Summary: Peak: Does not load when connected to power supply → Peak: Does not charge when connected to power supply
This problem occurs since Version 2.0. The power supply and the cabel seem to be ok, because I just unplug the power supply itself without touch the cable or the peak device.

triage: Is it more like a HW issue? I'm pretty sure it doesn't happen on Flame or Nexus5. Please renom if we confirmed it can be reproduced.

(In reply to Josh Cheng [:josh] from comment #3) > Hi William, > Do we have GP Peak device which we can try reproduce? > Thanks! I would like to help this problem. But, We don't have GP peak and we haven't supported GP peak for a long time. Also, if we cannot reproduce this bug on Flame or Nexus5, I cannot do anything for this problem. Thanks.

Hi, I'll try to charge with different other power-resources to exclude an hardware problem. I'll report here soon. Thanks Rick

Sorry for the unclear information. I meant "...we haven't supported GP peak HW related problem for a long time" and "...I cannot do anything for this HW issue". By the way, this might related to OS kernel. FYI. Thanks. Have a nice day!
