On my machine, opening URL with e10s takes about 50% longer than with non-e10s.

non-e10s: ~20s (including clicking away a JavaScript-"Unresponsive"-warning)
e10s: ~30s
Blocks: e10s-perf
"Opening" meaning until the loading-throbber disappears.
I could not reproduce this on Mac. On SurfacePro, I can reproduce the slow page loading. In some cases I even get the in content throbber for well over a minute.

I also can't reproduce this on os x, currently checking windows.
On Windows 8.1, I can't reproduce this. In fact, it's better on e10s. Both take a similar amount of time to load (~12s on my machine), but in the non-e10s case the chrome freezes and becomes unresponsive until the page has finished loading.

Incidentally, the "loading-throbber" mentioned in comment 1 doesn't refer to the spinner that appears in the content area, but rather the spinner that appears in a tab whilst it's loading. I thought it'd be best to clarify that.
