Description:
In email, we are only reporting the total unread for the content / emails currently loaded on the screen. This might prevent users from being aware of current unread emails if they are on subsequent pages. 


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150408010203
2) Load Email
3) Log into an account with unread emails (at least some 20 emails back)
4) Observe the # of unread at the top
5) Scroll down to bottom of email and tap 'Load More Messages'

Actual:
# of unread not showing for email not loaded on the screen

Expected:
All of the unread email will be included in the total

Bug 858899 covers the backend aspects of being able to do this, but it does make sense to have a bug tracking the per-folder aspect since this it is a distinct request.
