Gaia/device: flame/3.0


steps to reproduce:
1. Launch marketplace-dev and enable the new nav
2. Click on the hamburger menu icon
3. Click on the Sign in/Register links


expected behavior:
Sign in and Register links start the FxA flow

actual behavior:
Sign in and Register links do nothing

Seemed to work last time I tried it. Let me know if it still happens. I increased the click target just in case:

This is broken in 3.0 only. Removing it from the tracker since it happens on the old nav too.

We had a thing for a while where we were talking about packaged apps.  Krupa's logs above say "packaged" in them which makes me suspicious, but https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/master/dev_apps/marketplace.allizom.org/application.zip is pointing to -dev and not -stage which is just confusing me.  So, -> to me to figure out what's going on.
