The script is here https://github.com/mozilla/build-mozharness/blob/master/scripts/b2g_desktop_build.py mainly we need to make small tweaks to avoid using mock and ideally use tc-vcs instead of hgtool.
Should we globally replace hgtool with tc-vcs in mozharness?

Is the bug title correct? (should it be "port b2g desktop builds to taskcluster"?) (since b2g-desktop build already appears in mozharness).
