just like georg--
For spotchecking the ongoing FHR/Telemetry unification work, i need to run some jobs.
Per mreid i need an account in the "cloudservices-aws-dev" IAM for that, with permission to launch ec2 instances.

Brendan,
Looks like we led you astray and the bug ended up in the wrong component. The ops team needs a gpg key from you so that they can send the credentials in encrypted form. Here's the form the ops team asks for:
