Deployment Order for new datadog functionality + other changes. There are two major, common changes in the dependent deploy bugs: - Cloudformation templates were reverted to a static template from a jenkins, deploy time generated one - Deploying Datadog agent + require tags for all stacks Since the Cloudformation change could have a major impact on reporting we are rolling out the changes in stages. The deployment order is based on minimizing impact to reporting's critical path for data.
