[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.2][Contacts]Enter Select contact view from Edit message view by tapping + icon,return Home and launch mail，try to enter Select contact view from Edit mail view,It will launch contact directly and I can't add recipient from contact list.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition:login a mail account
1.Launch Messages
2.Tap Edit icon to edit a messages->Tap + to enter "Select contacts" view
3.Press Home
4.Launch Mail->Tap Edit icon to edit a mail->Tap + try to enter "Select contacts" view

[3.Expected Result]: 
4.It will enter "Select contacts" view and I can add recipient from contact list.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4.It will launch contact directly and I can't add recipient from contact list.
