[Flame][v2.2][Settings]Enter Settings view by typing "No internet connection" from E.me,tap the sub Heading  line in settings view,keyboard pops up.

Precondition:Turn off Wifi
1.Launch E.me in home screen
2.Tap "No internet connection" to enter settings view.
3.Tap the sub Heading  line in settings view

[3.Expected Result]: 
3.keyboard should not pop up.

3.keyboard pops up.

The search input gets the focus when tapping the header. If it is being fixed in master, I think we can find the patch and uplift it to v2.2 if necessary.

Issue does not reproduce with patch applied to latest Flame 2.1 Nightly

Tapping heading or subheading in settings page from "No internet connection" screen in rocketbar does not bring up keyboard.
