Steps to reproduce:

Go to http://www.onvif.org/onvif/ver20/util/operationIndex.html
Click on any operation link


Actual results:

The page is opened correctly but anchor is not followed.


Expected results:

When page loaded, FF should jump to specified anchor like Chrome (windows version) does.

I can reproduce on firefox 42.0. I will mark this bug as new, so a developer can handle this issue.
