Hi Stephen. I am trying to help developers so when they open a bug report on Bugzilla, everythibg that could help them is already on the report. Are you *really* using Thunderbird 2.0?

yes...downloaded Thunderbird again and problem was solved. Still not sure why message cannot laod XPCOM. Concerning T-bird 2.0...is the reason to upgrade?

Thunderbird 2 is very old. As I can see you are using Windows Vista, maybe it would be good to update to latest version. Anyway, I am closing this bug as per comment 2.
