User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 Iceweasel/31.5.0 Build ID: 20150225055253 Steps to reproduce: open an url in a tab, and hostname of this url successfully resolves to numeric address, and with SYN packet sent and no ACK packet received.. Actual results: the address of buffer is not updated. if the tab has a page in it before the navigation attempt, the original page is retained. if the tab is new tab before the navigation attempt, the location bar is filled with the url but window.location() still returns "about:blank". Expected results: if connection is successfully established and later lost, i get an error page with the correct address. i here ask for the same behaviour to yield an error page with corresponding address upon failed connect attempt.
Sorry for the late reply, can you please define/attach a self contained test case for your issue, best reproducible on latest Nightly build. Thanks in advance.
