Prerequisite: Set system language as Arabic.
1. Tap on the "Calendar" icon to open the Calendar app. 
2. Check the Date format on the "Month" view. 

[3.Expected Result]: 
2. The date on the month view should be shown as day of week, day, month from right to left.

[4.Actual Result]: 
2. The date is shown as "%A E B".

v3.0 is also affected. This issue is also observed on the Clock app. I'm assuming anywhere that shows this string is affected with this issue.

This issue cannot be reproduced in both calendar and call lockscreen on latest user build of flame2.2&3.0.
