1153838 - Un-hide OSX 10.6 talos when it meets visibility standards

Per discussion with Joel last week, OSX 10.6 talos is failing 60+% of the time right now (mostly being starred into bug 934310 and incorrectly into bug 1124728). Whatever the underlying issue is appears to also affect OSX 10.10, but not at the frequency of 10.6. Anyway, the current rate of starring is generating tremendous amounts of TBPLbot spam, so let's just hide them for now.

For scope checking against 934310 we have had the following stars on that bug:
