It is syntactically possible to specifify youself as an alt-svc (e.g https://foo/ Alt-Svc: h2=":443" - though that makes little sense. While it does work fine it complicates logging and understanding and therefore I think it is best to ignore alt-svc advertisements where the alternate and origin match.
