Santi:

1) Your patch is the wrong way round :-)

2) With regard to the first set of changes: can you provide documentary evidence that .cc allows registration below these 2nd level domains?

3) With regard to the second set of changes: those would go in the PRIVATE section rather than where you've put them, and we only allow additions to that section with the consent of the domain owners, so we can be sure that they understand the consequences. So we can't accept that update from you.
