currently there are at least 4 ways the url bar gets hidden:
steps:
1. click on the left side of the navigation toolbar to "minimize" it.
2. press Ctrl+L
3. type "www.mozilla.org" (without quotes) and press enter.
current results:
navigation toolbar does not appear but mozilla.org loads.
expected results:
navigation toolbar appears when Crtl+L is pressed and mozilla.org loads.
