Steps to reproduce:

1. Watch Steam broadcast stream 
http://steamcommunity.com/?subsection=broadcasts
or watch stream broadcast your Steam friend
2. FF crash after max 1 minute with changed options:
media.mediasource.eviction_threshold;78643200
media.mediasource.webm.enabled;true
media.mediasource.whitelist;false
Problem is on 37stable and latest 38beta





Actual results:

FF crash when user FF watch Steam Broadcast with signature:

Expected results:

FF crash on Steam Broadcast
Problem resolve partly change option from:
media.windows-media-foundation.use-dxva;true
to:
media.windows-media-foundation.use-dxva;false


What's the option?:
media.fragmented-mp4.gmp.enabled;true
Next crash after disabled DXVA:
media.windows-media-foundation.use-dxva;false

I changed the CPU clock speed from 3.44GHz to 3.37GHz and all is good. 0 crash FF, now is stable.
