When renaming addons, avoid spinning up delete dialog as well as the app installed success confirmation.

Right now app install manager handles events that are related to installing and uninstalling addons. When we want to delete one, the user is prompted, when the new addon is installed, confirmation is displayed. With renaming, we essentially create a new addon from the original one and after the original one is deleted. This results in the above UI showing.

this is a workaround that does not really work well when user input is required.
