Android 4.3 Debug tests have not been greened yet, but are running on try, hidden for now.
These jobs are currently running with a name that TH can't match, causing it to hit issues due to trying to guess the name. I've hidden opt and debug for now until it's sorted out.
The opt tests have been renamed in production in bug 1133833
I've updated the visibility profiles to only hide debug now. To avoid confusion, I've left the old rules in place for the original job names with a note to remove the rule in a couple weeks.
