Say I get a mozreview request and make some comments in the review. When I publish the review, the comments get entered into a bugzilla comment, but with only a couple of lines of context. Reviewing in splinter however gives 4-5 lines of context. I find this more useful, because then looking back at the bugzilla history it's easier to remember what the comment was about. There's also cases where the lines of context appear multiple places in the file and so having more lines of context reduces the ambiguity.
