From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.6) Gecko/20011120
BuildID: 2001112012

I have a personal Excite page (www.excite.com) that includes a TV schedule, with
select boxes for date and time. When I zoom text size to 150%, only the top of
the text in these boxes is displayed. They are fully functional.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a personal Excite page with TV schedule
2.Zoom text to 150%
3.Look at the page

Actual Results: As above, text is cut off

Expected Results: zoom the select boxes large enough to display all the text,
not just the top half.

Note that this very Bugzilla Helper form has comboboxes that show the same
incorrect behavior.
